Dr Rachel Waisman is a very caring, diligent and knowledgable professional. She really took time to get Lila, my 6 year old Shar pei who doesn't like vets, to feel comfortable. She did her best to get Lila checked out and after careful deliberation, devised an appropriate and safe treatment of Lila's symptoms. Dr Rachel kept in touch and regularly checked on Lila's progress, adapting and monitoring any required changes. Dr Rachel was the third vet to see Lila, and she achieved a lot more with her caring nature and professionalism. Thank you, Dr Rachel

Rachel's "at home" service is fantastic - avoiding years of traumatic trips to the vet for our cats and us the owners (including scratches ) On top of the convenience she is also a great and effective vet Highly recommended Di and Steve

Rachel is absolutely amazing. Rachel has been looking after our fur ball for the last few years now. It’s so convenient and Rachel is very caring and professional. I forget when it’s time to vaccinate, however Rachel is awesome at sending reminders and quick at organising appointments. I recommend her to everyone i know. Rachel is a fantastic and reasonable Vet

Dr Rachel is a professional and compassionate legend. Our feisty Misty was impossible to take to the vet . Even for simple vaccination. 10 years ago we found Dr Rachel . Having her come to the house was perfect and Misty ,even on the first visit was a lot happier and even allowed an examination and to be weighed. This was a major breakthrough. When Misty needed blood tests we worked out a strategy and consequently Misty lived a long healthy and feisty life passing away just this week at the ripe age of 19. Dr Rachel was so crucial to Misty's longevity and quality of life and also importantly was there for us when we had to make the difficult decision to Euthanise poor old Misty. She was really struggling in her last weeks. Dr Rachel advised us and the procedure was done in a dignified and compassionate manner. RIP Misty and sincere thanks Dr Rachel.

We had Dr Rachel come to our home to give our puppy his vaccinations and first check up. We were a nervous and anxious first time dog owner family. Dr Rachel put us at ease and was so lovely with our Dusty. She gave us such good information and made us feel comfortable and said we can call her if we had any worries, needing advice or had any questions. We have already called her to double check the food we are feeding him. She is just so lovely and we are so lucky to have found her. Our family definitely highly recommend you have Dr Rachel!

I have a big indoor cat that's afraid of the cat carrier. Rachel was caring and professional, sparing both me and my cat the stress of the dreaded cat carrier, giving him his annual check-up and vaccination in my home. Highly recommended.

Very convenient to have the vet service come to us and Dr Waisman was very informative. Even with covid restrictions our puppy was well looked after during his 10 week health check and vaccination.
