What Our Clients Say
-
I must say having a professional vet coming to my home was an excellent experience. She was not only professional and thorough she was friendly, knowledgeable. My cat is a difficult cat as she does not like being handled. She handled her so well. I will be using her again and highly recommend to any prospective fur baby owners.
-
This is a fantastic service. Dr Rachel offers professional animal advice and services. She's the best . Had another visit from Dr Rachel, she is very efficient and thorough
-
Wonderful service. Dr Rachel arrived promptly after excellent communication over the phone, and thoroughly examined issues my cat was presenting with. As a novice cat owner myself, Dr Rachel was a wealth of information, patiently explained peculiar cat behaviour and recommended remedial courses of action. Her service was also excellent value for money — I highly recommend.
-
Dr Rachel is a very thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate and caring vet. She has been caring for our older giant breed dog for the last 18 months and I could not fault her. I just wish we had heard about her earlier, removing the need of trying to lift a 50kg dog in & out of the car has certainly made life easier and is much less stressful on our pup.
-
It was very difficult to say goodbye to our beloved dog after nearly 17 years. We cannot thank Dr Rachel Waisman enough for her empathy, care and guidance through this process. I would recommend her to anyone who needs care and attention for their pet.
-
Fantastic service. Rachel called when she was on her way and arrived promptly. She was able to diagnose our dogs' ear infections using her mobile microscope and was able to treat them with antibiotic ear drops while on the premises. She's coming back in a week to check on them. Looking forwards to having Rachel as our new vet.
-
We met Dr. Rachel when we had no idea what was going on but knew one of our fur-babies was not quite right. Dr. Rachel was able to see us quickly, and never gave us any less than 100% of her attention and commitment. While the story did not have the happy ending we were hoping for, Dr. Rachel was there with us through all of it, she facilitated links between our prior vet and the animal hospital, and was there for us emotionally as well through the whole experience. We simply cannot thank Dr. Rachel enough for her time, her care, and her dedication to our furry family members. – Alana, Ben, and Mouse

You will not find a more caring and professional vet anywhere. Your pet is much more at ease because he is in his own environment. Rachel takes her time and methodically works through the animal's symptoms. Highly recommended
-
As a new dog owner Rachel made caring for little Sunny easy - she was caring , professional and informative. She has a deep love of animals and helped explain a few ins and outs that confront new owners. Thank you!

Dr Rachel is very professional and has a lovely demeanour. I have a cat from a shelter and he is very sensitive and timid so I avoid taking him to a clinic if I can. She handles him very well whether it's a vaccination or helping me groom his matted knots. Thank you!
