Very convenient to have the vet service come to us and Dr Waisman was very informative. Even with covid restrictions our puppy was well looked after during his 10 week health check and vaccination.

  We met Dr. Rachel when we had no idea what was going on but knew one of our fur-babies was not quite right. Dr. Rachel was able to see us quickly, and never gave us any less than 100% of her attention and commitment. While the story did not have the happy ending we were hoping for, Dr. Rachel was there with us through all of it, she facilitated links between our prior vet and the animal hospital, and was there for us emotionally as well through the whole experience.   So thankful to Dr Rachel for coming out to our house and helping our dog. She couldn’t walk so it was impossible to get her to our usual vet. Rachel was so kind and caring and go Yuki up and walking again! Very reasonable prices, why would we take her back to the vet for the same cost when we can have her seen in the comfort of her own home! Will be using Mobile Pet Vet from now on!

  Dr Rachel is a professional and compassionate legend. Our feisty Misty was impossible to take to the vet . Even for simple vaccination. 10 years ago we found Dr Rachel . Having her come to the house was perfect and Misty ,even on the first visit was a lot happier and even allowed an examination and to be weighed. This was a major breakthrough. When Misty needed blood tests we worked out a strategy and consequently Misty lived a long healthy and feisty life passing away just this week at the ripe age of 19. Dr Rachel was so crucial to Misty's longevity and quality of life and also importantly was there for us when we had to make the difficult decision to Euthanise poor old Misty.She was really struggling in her last weeks. Dr Rachel advised us and the procedure was done in a dignified and compassionate manner. RIP Misty and sincere thanks Dr Rachel.

  Dr Rachel Waisman is an experienced and professional vet. Her attention to detail and care is outstanding. Her clinical knowledge is exemplary. She goes above and beyond for her patients and their owners. It is much less stressful for the animal and the owner to have consultations in your own home and avoid trips to a vet surgery. I highly recommend her services to any pet owner.

  Fantastic service. Rachel called when she was on her way and arrived promptly. She was able to diagnose our dogs' ear infections using her mobile microscope and was able to treat them with antibiotic ear drops while on the premises. She's coming back in a week to check on them. Looking forwards to having Rachel as our new vet.

  Wonderful service. Dr Rachel arrived promptly after excellent communication over the phone, and thoroughly examined issues my cat was presenting with. As a novice cat owner myself, Dr Rachel was a wealth of information, patiently explained peculiar cat behaviour and recommended remedial courses of action. Her service was also excellent value for money — I highly recommend.
